Email Provider Configuration
Configure SMTP, SendGrid, AWS SES, or Microsoft Graph and validate the credentials directly from Marketing.
Launch Compliance & Deliverability Readiness
Provider validation is only one launch prerequisite. Missing backend checks are shown as blocked or pending instead of being treated as successful.
Provider credentials
blockedNo enabled email provider is configured for launch sends.
Domain authentication
pendingLoading domain authentication status from the Email API. Treat domain auth as not ready until confirmed.
Suppression ledger
pendingLoading suppression ledger status. Bulk launch stays locked until it is confirmed active.
Preference center
pendingChecking that topic preferences can be read. Bulk launch stays locked until confirmed.
Postal mailing address
pendingChecking the mailing address required in every marketing email footer.
Unsubscribe and footer
pendingLoading one-click unsubscribe endpoint status. Marketing preflight must validate per-recipient links before dispatch.
Approval gate
pendingLaunch approval is captured in campaign/email readiness, but backend approval state remains authoritative.
List readiness and CRM truth
pendingStatic/manual lists require explicit review; dynamic/criteria lists and CRM-truth resolution must be verified by Marketing preflight.
Sending domains
Marketing email can only be sent from a verified domain. Add the domain of your From address, publish the DNS records your email provider gives you, then check it here. SPF, DKIM and DMARC must all pass.
